Local Driver’s School Owner Sparks State Bill Don Munro, owner of Munro’s Driving Instruction Inc. on Mount Vernon’s Westside, was the catalyst behind a recent bill passed in the state senate to streamline operations of driving schools that previously had to meet standards set by two agencies.
