Gorman, sales manager with Comcast Spotlight in Bellingham, has been active on community boards and commissions for more than 20 years. He helped coordinate and worked on the NOPE Campaign to prevent an unnecessary major power line through the center of the city, serving on the Whatcom County Utility Planning Committee in 1990. We need to offer a voice for everyone, not just the noisiest citizens.
