8 What a State Income Tax Might Mean to You. Bob Williams, president of the Evergreen Freedom Foundation, will speak at the Northwest Business Club monthly meeting. Recently, an advisory panel headed by Bill Gates, Sr. recommended Washington State adopt an income tax. Williams will talk about the implications of such a measure and its chances for success.
